On each database, I want my own modifications so my searches are quick and zero right in on my requirements. With TRIS, their “superpower” is in the form of their support team. In March 2020 when the Covid-19 outbreak hit Australia, Aspen Medical were tasked with deploying Emergency Response teams to the Aged Care Sector throughout the Country. We needed to move fast. Specialist recruitment and scheduling software had to be up and running yesterday. After researching the Recruitment software options currently available worldwide Aspen Medical engaged Canberra based Recruitment Systems. We assessed their flagship application TRIS 5 as the only product capable of swiftly facilitating the full end to end recruitment and deployment of nearly 2000 Registered Nurses, Doctors, Locums and support personal across COVID-19 hot spots across Australia. As a bonus, TRIS 5 could be customised to accommodate our requirements regarding accreditation and certification, and the unique rostering requirements of a workforce working under pandemic conditions. We told Recruitment Systems of their selection as the successful service provider on the afternoon of Friday the 1st April, and the TRIS 5 system was deployed and became fully operational across the weekend. By the start of business Monday the 4th April, the Aspen Aged Health Care division was fully functional & operational. Thanks to the TRIS 5 deployment, Nurse first responders, Caring and other support staff are now able to be deployed in every State and Territory in the event of any further COVID-19 outbreaks.

TRIS 5 is a gamechanger, without sounding like a Washing Liquid or Razor commercial TRIS 5 really is “better than the time before it was better!”. Faster, a “click killer”, leaner, more accurate and the by far the best system I’ve used is 26 years of recruitment in both Australia and the UK. Using Outlook it makes it easy to select the candidates on talent rather than just pushing everyone through regardless, the consultants manage their KPI’s from the dashboard so there are no more excuses and the ease in which you navigate the system is so simple a 6 year old could register a booking and fill it with a candidate. I’d been using Bullhorn for the past two years and the biggest frustration was the search facility and the fact it took 2 days for the help desk to get back to me. TRIS is an Australian based business with local customer service attitude, global aspirations & international reach. They made the migration of data so simplistic even though Bullhorn tried to make everything twice as difficult. My team were all trained within 72 hours and using the system immediately. From one Manager to the next, TRIS enables your team to take ownership of their KPI’s, driven by the company ethos, revenue driver and excellence in service. I had only previously used TRIS 4 so to be introduced to TRIS 5 was an extra bonus when we booked the demo. Outstanding is the only word I could use to describe the new system, all the best bits from TRIS 4 but now made even easier and the additional extras well worth the upgrade.
